Are you interested in exploring new tools and approaches to enhance your organization’s impact?
If so, your organization may be interested in an upcoming Innoweave webinar on Collective Impact, Social Enterprise or Scaling Impact. Each session will provide a basic overview of the topic and examples of how it being used.
Webinars help teams figure out whether a module might be right for them, and start to think about how it could be implemented in their organization. “The team at Transition Guelph really appreciated the Social Enterprise webinar, especially the guidance to design for long-term financial sustainability. We learned a lot and felt inspired to take the next steps to make social enterprise a reality!”
Following the webinars, interested organizations may wish to attend an Innoweave workshop to help them develop a plan to implement. Currently:
Collective Impact Workshops are planned for April and June
Social Enterprise Workshops are planned for April and May
Scaling Impact Workshops are planned for May
Workshop details can be found here. Teams that attend a workshop will be eligible to apply for an Innoweave Implementation Grant to hire a coach and implement their project plan. More information about the grant process can be found here.
