Hosting an Engagement Session or webinar

Innoweave partners with community organizations and networks to host online webinars, and specifically for the Youth CI program, in-person engagement sessions for stakeholders in their communities. Engagement session hosts typically help identify and select participants, arrange logistics, and promote the sessions in their community.

Innoweave will provide support and tools to organizations that are interested in hosting a Youth CI engagement session. Innoweave and the Youth CI team will also provide the session moderator, who will give the presentation and answer any questions about the Youth CI program.

Any local community organization that has the capacity to host a session, and has connections to youth-led and youth-serving organizations in their community, are welcome to inquire about partnering with Youth CI to bring a session to their region.

If you are interested in hosting a collective impact webinar for your network, contact info@innoweave.ca. If you are interested in hosting an engagement session for the Youth CI program in Ontario, please email info@youthci.ca

Connecting Stakeholders with Collective Impact resources

Community organizations and networks do not need to host information sessions or workshops regarding Innoweave collective impact offerings in order to get the word out to organizations in their communities.

Hosting a Workshop

Innoweave and Youth CI partner with community organizations and networks to host workshops for their communities. Workshop hosts typically help identify and select participants, arrange logistics, and promote the workshop in their community.

Facilitating and Coaching Teams through Collective Impact

Expert facilitators and coaches are a core element of the collective impact program. A network of Collective Impact coaches is already part of the Innoweave program, and we look forward to connecting with new coaches and facilitators through the new Youth CI program.

Micro-Tools: Quick exercises to help advance Collective Impact

Innoweave has adapted a series of micro-tools for the Collective Impact Module. They can be used as standalone exercises or as part of working through a module and implementing a new approach.
    - Target Group: Know who you need to reach through Collective Impact initiative here
    - Theory of Change: Align your activities with your impacts here
    - Value Mapping: Know the core values of your collective here

Workshop facilitators may wish to recommend using these micro-tools:
    - After the Introduction to Collective Impact webinar, as an exploratory exercise
    - As preparation for an Innoweave Collective Impact 1 workshop
    - During the coaching phase, as determined by an Innoweave Collective Impact Coach
