A diverse range of organizations have generously contributed their expertise toward the development and maintenance of our Coaching Streams.
Our platform supports organizations across Canada on almost any issue area, but our special partnerships also enable us to provide customized support to move the needle in targeted fields. There is real potential for leveraging innovations and strong partnerships in these focused areas, and great capacity to support large-scale change on specific issues.
Delivered in partnership with the Laidlaw Foundation and supported by the Government of Ontario, Youth CI aims to help youth-led and youth-serving organizations in local communities across Ontario learn about, develop, launch and implement Collective Impact approaches that directly improve outcomes for youth in their community.
Seniors SI is a partnership with the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program to help communities across Canada generate, implement and scale socially innovative community-level approaches to reduce social isolation among seniors.
Seniors SI helps community organizations, local governments and civil society work together to substantially improve population outcomes, such as increasing seniors’ participation in activities and access to support, leading to decreased rates of social isolation.
In early 2018, Innoweave partnered with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada to run an initiative supporting newcomer-serving collaboratives across the country.
With a mix of flexible support, including workshops, coaching and grants, newcomer-serving collaboratives work with innovative tools and approaches that can help them achieve greater impact. More than a dozen groups across Canada currently work in this cohort.
We have partnered with hundreds of community organizations and dozens of networks to host info-sessions and workshops across Canada.
Do you think the Innoweave platform model may be useful in your field? We’re always interested in talking to government and social sector leaders who may want to adopt or adapt the Innoweave model in new and interesting ways in their sector.
Know of an organization that might benefit from Innoweave? We encourage partners to follow us on social media, refer potential users to the platform and share our newsletter.
We regularly partner with other funders to leverage the impact of our individual organizations. Other funders often utilize Innoweave coaching to enhance the impact of their own grantees.
If you fund or provide in-kind services to community and non-profit organizations and would like to help your grantees generate even greater impact and advance their missions, let’s chat!
We are always interested in connecting with community leaders to share information and increase access to our platform.
