Mélanie has more than 10 years’ experience leading organizational and multi-sector processes. Her background includes working with community, municipal, academic and philanthropic organizations. She worked for Innoweave, a McConnell Foundation program, as a manager for Quebec from 2016 to 2019. Working for the Foundation, she also led an in-depth process to mobilize a range of Quebec stakeholders to address issues relating to capacity building in complex situations. She has also coordinated the Réseau québécois en innovation sociale (RQIS).
She is now focused on providing strategic coaching to organizations and collectives looking to clarify and grow their impact. She is also working with the Maison de l’innovation sociale as a relationship coordinator with the social innovation ecosystem. She received a degree in social innovation from the Université de Waterloo.
