Sally Fazal is a collaborative leader with broad experience in strategy, organizational design and change management in corporate and not-for-profit settings.
Sally has been consulting and coaching since 2009 and has been a Certified Impact Coach with Innoweave (a project of the J.W. McConnell Family Foundation since 2012. She has worked with organizations across Canada through the Impact and Strategic Clarity, Collective Impact and Scaling Impact modules. In addition, Sally has mentored new coaches and has worked with Innoweave on content development and workshop delivery. Prior to her consulting career Sally was held various leadership roles with Mackenzie investments, including strategic planning, change management and operations roles. She holds an MBA from Western University.
By asking tough questions and supporting and facilitating exploration and research, Sally helps individual organizations and collectives articulate their aspirations for impact on the people and communities they serve and build actionable and realistic plans for realizing them.
