Cathie has over 30 years of leadership, research, and evaluation experience in health and social service organizations; supporting people and organizations to apply what they know to achieve their potential.
Her personal theory of change involves putting people first, seeking growth, and a « yes, we can » attitude. She values connection, creativity, honesty, humour, integrity, and wisdom.
Through her leadership and coaching, Cathie has worked with dozens of teams to: support evidence-informed decision-making; evaluate provincial programs; conduct provincial, national, and international community-engaged research; successfully obtain grants, and leverage knowledge for improvement. Throughout this time she has maintained a commitment to supporting people in achieving their personal and professional potential.
She has recently moved to the Penticton area and is looking forward to continuing to support health and social service organizations locally.
