As the Manager of Impact Consulting, Julie leads a team of experienced consultants in nonprofit governance, social enterprise, social finance and social innovation shared spaces. Impact Consulting works across Canada and is a program of Pillar Nonprofit Network, with all profits going back to support nonprofit and social enterprise development in Southwestern Ontario.
Julie’s personal consulting work focuses on starting and growing social enterprises and facilitating innovative strategic planning. She believes that implementation is the key to successful social enterprises and strategic planning, going deep to ensure clients are equipped with not only the knowledge, but the skills and resources required to be successful.
