Morgan Brannon (she/her) is a dynamic coach and co-creator who blends an analytical mind with a humanitarian heart to ensure that both impact and profitability flourish. With a natural gift for translating concepts and dreams into actionable strategies, Morgan brings structure, fresh perspectives, and honesty to drive meaningful change.
As an Entrepreneur In Residence at Purppl, Morgan coaches social entrepreneurs and impact leaders to build skills, confidence, and measurable impact, offering customized business guidance, strategic planning, impact measurement and management, leadership development, and project-based consulting. She also leads portfolio relations for Thrive Impact Fund, and consults with values-aligned organizations like U Grow Girl.
Morgan’s approach is deeply informed by her previous work fundraising and leading Emergent Response at United Way, developing partnerships and managing projects at the United Nations, and conducting project and data analysis at the World Bank.
She also spent several years as a finance manager, producing financial models and statements to guide firm expansion, growth forecasts, and risk mitigation in the strategic management sector. She holds an MBA in International Finance.
Morgan applies a comprehensive lens to her work, integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), theory of change, and human design principles. As a 6/2 Emotional Manifestor in human design, she is committed to charting what the future could feel like, initiating innovative ideas that pave the way for transformative impact.
Born on traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Gabrielino/Tongva Nation (Newport Beach, California, USA), having lived on many vast lands amongst various cultures, Morgan now feels at home in connection with land of the syilx / Okanagan people (Kelowna, BC, Canada).
