Brittney Masters is a seasoned facilitator with over 10 years of experience, including 5 years consulting in the nonprofit sector. Brittney’s core strengths include deep listening to understand organizational needs, synthesizing group insights into actionable strategies, and guiding organizations in clarifying their Intended Impact. Her work spans diverse groups, including Boards, young people, and educators, where she excels in facilitating productive discussions and creative ideation.
Her expertise lies in aligning organizational priorities with core values and mission, developing strategies that drive meaningful change, and supporting organizations through transitions and long-term growth. Brittney has a keen interest in fostering consistent, purpose-driven development while addressing the challenges of evolving organizational needs.
