Jason has over 15 years of experience in participatory leadership and community development. He helps organizations create opportunities for meaningful conversation and social innovation. Jason has played a role as Lead Facilitator at NouLAB, a public and social innovation lab based in N.B., and is Co-Owner of O Strategies, an Atlantic Canada based agency that specializes in organizational design.
