Biography

Nikki Huyer brings a wealth of knowledge from a variety of industries coupled with several years’ experience as an International Consultant developing people and organizations using data, analysis, and a scientific approach. She actively translates data to promote understanding, define problems, design, test and deliver interventions and has a track record of providing solutions with actionable measures for change and transformation.

Nikki brings several knowledge areas that include:

• International Business Development, People Development, as well as expertise in learning and development, change and transition.  As a expert in learning effectiveness she focuses on mindset and behavior change, user (learner) experience as well as presenting learning in ways to support application of learning and alignment of application to organizational objectives.  Data and analysis are common elements in Nikki’s work. Her research experience means she is very familiar with data sources and validity, data preservation and helping individuals interpret and engage with data in a meaningful ways. She regularly works with helping those with different levels of knowledge, experts and novices, engage with information in meaningful ways.
• Her experience with Change Management and Organizational Development combined with her expertise in internal communications and message framing is beneficial in delivering stakeholder and employee awareness and engagement.
