Zulfira Pulotova

Biography

Zulfira is a passionate strength-based coach and an innovative system thinker. She is a Founder and CEO of Connect Local & Global Inc., a firm that provides consulting and coaching services to local and global non-profit organizations and businesses which consider effective impact management essential in guiding continuous improvement for successful and sustainable outcomes. This consulting firm also leads the Women Entrepreneurs of Canada Network (WeCan) as a social mission of the company. WeCan mission is to create a multicultural Hub for women who can transform themselves by realizing their best potential via entrepreneurship and thrive via curated education, mentorship, consulting, coaching, and safe space to find self-realization and decent living.

Prior to establishing her consulting and training firm Zulfira designed and successfully implemented programs, managed monitoring and evaluation systems and projects in multilateral organizations (UNDP, UNEP, WTO) and development banks (WB, IFC) including first-hand experience in research, evaluation, and capacity development. Zulfira holds Master’s in Public Administration and Master of Social Work as well as Business Consultant Certificate from Boise State and Women Entrepreneurship Certificate from Cornell University.
