Biography

Judith Gaudet is specialized in community psychology and program evaluation (PhD in research an innovation). Since 2018, she has worked as a certified coach in Impact and Strategic Clarity, Impact Measurement, Developmental Evaluation, and Scaling Impact, particularly through the processes supported by Innoweave. This aspect of her professional practice is carried out in close collaboration with other collaborators: the Garrow&Evoy team and Ludovic Décoret.

Since 2008, Judith has worked as an independent evaluator. She has taken on an array of mandates (e.g., child and family development, health promotion, food security, partnerships and partner research) using mixed approaches. 

She is generally known for being a good listener, as well as for her interpersonal skills, caring and strength-centred approach, strong communication skills, tailored work plans, thoroughness and ability to quickly understand the issues and contexts at hand. Her coaching approach focuses on building community capacities for planning and evaluation. She is driven by a desire to help organizations and community stakeholder further equip themselves to:

  • Clarify their results and social impact
  • Prioritize strategies based on the desired results, the available results and the ecosystem
  • Evaluate and draw lessons from the data that is already available to the organization
  • Identify concrete courses of action.
