Judith Gaudet is specialized in community psychology and program evaluation (PhD in research an innovation). For the past three years, she has worked as a certified coach in impact, strategic clarity and impact growth, particularly through the processes supported by Innoweave. She has worked closely with Garrow&Evoy in this line of work.
Ms. Gaudet has also worked as an independent evaluator for the past 15 years. She has taken on an array of mandates (e.g., child and family development, health promotion, food security, partnerships and partner research) using mixed approaches. Ms. Gaudet has also been an adjunct professor and independent researcher for the ComSanté group in UQAM’s social and public communication department since 2008.
She is generally known for being a good listener, as well as for her interpersonal skills, caring and strength-centred approach, strong communication skills, tailored work plans, thoroughness and ability to quickly understand the issues and contexts at hand.
