Allison Prieur has been working with non-profits in Canada for over 20 years. Her experience includes engagement, evaluation, and leadership roles at small to mid-sized organizations and experience with funding organizations including the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the Ontario Ministry of Health, and United Way/Centraide Windsor-Essex County. She understands the challenges that resource-strapped organizations face in integrating learning and evaluation into their activities. She functions as an extra team member, getting to know your staff and your work. She quickly establishes supportive relationships and diagnoses your unique challenges. She will help you identify needs, design learning-centred strategies, evaluate your success, adapt practices, and build relationships to amplify your impact.
Allison is a lifelong learner. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Developmental Psychology and Social Work from the University of Windsor and a master’s in Public Policy from Simon Fraser University. She is completing the Interdisciplinary PhD in Evaluation at Western Michigan University focusing on organizational change leadership. She is Past President of the Board of Directors at Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario, a member of the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918), and the Professional Development Committee Co-Chair of the Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Evaluation Society.
