Alyssa is a freelance coach and consultant with a passion for inspiring personal development, community and sustainability wherever she goes. Over the past 10+ years, she has worked in sales and marketing for purpose-driven companies, completed a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and rocketed herself into a career in sustainability and management consulting.
She works with nonprofits and small businesses to reach their full potential using strength-based leadership and organizational development approaches. Past clients include UN initiative IMPACT2030, New York Times columnist and best-selling author Carl Richards, Youth Climate Lab—an internationally recognized nonprofit supporting youth-led climate action, the Canadian Collaboration for Sustainable Procurement—Canada’s largest community of practice for green, social, Indigenous and ethical supply chain practices, and more!
In her spare time, she also loves learning about neuroscience, dancing and eating poutine.
