Anaïs-Monica McKay is a collaborative innovation consultant and facilitator. She is the optimistic and collectively ambitious person behind McKay & Co. She founded her company in the midst of the pandemic, with the deep intention of participating in the cultural and structural changes that were taking place in society. Prior to launching her own consulting firm, she worked for sixteen years as a planning, programming and research officer and community organizer at CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale and at Jeffery Hale Saint Brigid’s. During these years, she contributed to the development of an innovative, people-centered vision to refocus services and programs on transformational leadership, creativity and community engagement. Anaïs has completed two Master’s degrees (MSc in Social Innovation Management and MSc in Public Health), where she focused her studies on macro-level interventions for mental health and community as well as housing strategies for seniors. She holds graduate certificates in Transformational Leadership and in Responsible Management, both from Laval University.
