Biography

Data Humanist- guided by curiosity and a desire to make data human-centered and advantageous for people, planet, purpose and prosperity.

Angie’s mission as a Data Coach is to support social sector organizations to develop their data literacy and organizational data maturity. Her goal is to help them to realize their visions, mission, and strategic goals in alignment with their values.

As a Co-creator, Angie feels at home in the middle of the Venn Diagram where her passions for data, design and dialogue come together. She draws on experiences working across various sectors including for-profit, social enterprise, healthcare, post-secondary education, and not-for-profit. With global experiences working, studying, and volunteering in various countries, she brings multiple perspectives and is dedicated to developing human-centered solutions that build empathy and collaboration to achieve optimal impact via creativity and innovation.

Currently, enrolled in the Strategic Foresight and Innovation graduate program at Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCADU), she is developing contemporary skills of human-centered design, systems thinking, and innovative research methods. Her goal in working together is to make data accessible, insightful, and actionable so that it can be used as a force multiplier to tackling the world’s wicked problems.
