Biography

Caitlin is the founder of Bingo Impact Management Consulting, a B2B and B2G SaaS-based social enterprise that provides social impact management software for non-profit organizations. Bingo’s mission is to make impact measurement and evaluation affordable, understandable, and accessible. Offering services including a social impact management platform, data dashboards, and evaluation services, Bingo can help you use better data to drive better decisions.

A credentialed evaluator (CE) with the Canadian Evaluation Society, certified in Social Return on Investment, Global Reporting Initiative, and utilization-focused evaluation, among many others, Caitlin brings a combination of academic rigour and deep curiosity to all of her projects.

Caitlin Pentifallo Gadd holds a PhD in the sociology from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC. Her research and consulting interests have centred on the impact of sport, health, recreation, and physical activity on social and policy outcomes.

Caitlin has 10 years of experience a range of capacities – as an academic, consultant, researcher, and director of a non-profit. Having experience at every level of government, she brings awareness, expertise, and experience to the sector’s most pressing social questions.
