Biography

Christopher possesses over 20 years of experience and extensive skill in terms of social research, program evaluation, and performance measurement. Christopher is adept at leading collaborative efforts between stakeholders in multiple sectors (government, non-profit, private, academia) and has a proven track record of delivering high quality results to organizations that meet their unique needs.

Experientially, Christopher has led well over 200 social research, program evaluation, and performance measurement projects. Through these projects, Christopher has been exposed to challenges that leaders and front line staff experience and their diverse array of needs. Consequently, Christopher is accustomed to developing solutions that overcome these challenges and providing information that helps to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational practices.

Christopher holds a doctoral degree in industrial and organizational psychology and postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Oxford University in England. Christopher is one of a select few evaluators in Canada that hold the Canadian Evaluation Society’s Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation, which recognizes Christopher as a leader in the field of evaluation in Canada. Christopher is Proci change management certified and has extensive project management training.
