Christopher has coached leaders of NGOs, non-profits, social enterprises, and impact investors to pinpoint their purpose, articulate their Theories of Change, design impact measurement frameworks, and implement data collection methodologies, processes and tools for the purposes of accountability, strategic adaptation, and communicating impact to stakeholders.
Christopher has a wealth of international experience. Most recently, Christopher was a Senior Consultant at Junxion Strategy, an international social impact consultancy that supports leaders of the next economy. Prior, he was based in the UK, where he supported small and early-stage organizations, projects, and social entrepreneurs to become investment ready, particularly around impact metrics and reporting, to improve their potential for attracting investment from impact investors. He also worked with numerous international NGOs to develop their justice, equity, diversity, inclusion (JEDI) informed monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) frameworks. He designed innovative, rigorous evaluations using quantitative and qualitative methods to ensure the reporting of results were relevant for measuring change against each organization’s Theory of Change, many of which were aiming to improve the resilience of the communities where they worked.
Christopher is well versed in a range of impact measurement frameworks including the Common Approach to Impact Measurement, Impact Frontier’s 5 Dimensions of Impact, the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED) Standard, Value for Money Frameworks, and Payment by Results.
