Clément obtained a master in finance and accounting from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Grenoble (Grenoble Business Administration Institute). A large part of Clément’s career was spent working with financial institutions in France, where he started out working with personal clients before taking on the business market, and developing financing and investment offers. He arrived at Canada’s Emerging Co-operators (CCO) in 2015, for which he helped set up a Toronto office, and was involved in the microfinance program that CCO had at that time. He is currently in charge of setting up and opening an office in Windsor. He is also in charge of our social and cooperative business division. He also sits on a number of boards of directors, such as that of CCO, a committee of young leaders under 35 who represent youth interests among the largest cooperatives in Canada.
