Duna and Dale Bayley have dedicated their careers and volunteer lives to building strong not-for-profit organizations and communities. Their expert teaching, coaching and facilitation have benefitted countless groups and individuals.
Dale, with his vast and diverse experience in community investment, is a respected and experienced leader in the not-for-profit sector. He has worked in the areas of health, social services, disaster relief, sport/recreation and education. He has served as a senior manager and governance volunteer in local, provincial and national organizations.
Dale’s early career developing lifesaving programs and teaching lifeguarding led him to a lifetime of finding innovative approaches to inspire community generosity. For more than 30 years, he has helped organizations reach and exceed their fundraising goals. Dale currently works for the YMCA Calgary.
Duna, has extensive experience in community development and engagement in the areas of education, justice, leadership and the not-for-profit sector. Her experience with social justice coalitions in designing and facilitating collaborative processes has been one of the highlights of her career.
Duna’s passion for coaching, teaching and sharing her learning over the past 30 years in sport, leadership and literacy has shaped her commitment to youth and community. She has also served as a volunteer with numerous organizations in various leadership roles.
Together Duna and Dale provide a comprehensive approach to support any not-for-profit organization or community address challenges and explore opportunities.
