Gary Morton has worked for 40 years in the agriculture & agri-food industry helping entrepreneurs, farmers, processors, & organizations find new value, direction, opportunity, success and profit from what they do. A recognized authority in the areas of business management, marketing and value-added product development; it is rare to find this level of skill and practical experience in one person. He has coached, mentored and guided hundreds of entrepreneurs on the journey from idea to viable business opportunity and to find, or create, new value that moves the organization forward faster and farther than was thought possible.

Gary is co-author of the best-selling publications: “Adding Value through Farm Diversification” and “Farm Business Planning: Understanding, Preparing and Using.” He has delivered his workshop, “Value Plus, a Quest for New Farm Value” to audiences across Canada.
