Johanna Stiver is a leadership coach and collaboration agent. Her work with senior leaders, teams and organizations holds to a model of self inquiry and shared leadership as mechanisms for greater systems coherence and change. Johanna believes that the work of understanding ourselves in this way is a fundamental component of leadership and business acumen in today’s world.
Johanna has over a decade of leadership and management experience in the non-profit sector and twenty plus years of experience in mindfulness-based meditation and reflection practices. She is an Erickson Certified Professional Coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation as well as an Artist of the Spirit Coach through the Toltec Center of Creative Intent. Johanna’s approach to organizational development draws on the work of Theory U and nature-inspired living systems models of change.
