Biography

Kathy has a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, is a certified Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) coach, a CFRE, an accredited Resilience at Work® user and an MBTI practitioner.
Kathy has held leadership roles in children’s services, health care, and post-secondary. Through all of this Kathy has been immersed in organizational development opportunities and challenges.
She has consulted and taught workshops in fund-raising, non-profit management, board governance, and leadership. She has facilitated organizational development inquiries into: cultivating a culture of philanthropy, fostering inclusive excellence, evaluating and improving internal governance, and creating a 50-100 year campus master plan.  She has also volunteered on many non-profit boards and committees.

Kathy has a passion for understanding and promoting healthy leadership principles so people can thrive at work, at home and in the world. She believes in creating spaces and processes that allow for maximizing creativity and innovation by inviting people to bring their soul to the workplace. She balances that with guidance on practical priority setting.

She and her husband love to travel in their RV and take their rambunctious dog Sage on many miles of walks.
