Ken is a Partner in One World Inc., an Ottawa-based consulting firm with extensive experience in developmental evaluation, constructive engagement, and supporting learning and innovation. He has worked with a wide range of not-for-profit organizations, networks and governments on initiatives at the local, national and international levels.
Ken is particularly interested in how organizations, networks and governments can support cultures of learning and innovation, and become more agile to address new challenges. He often uses Theory of Change discussions to help groups to develop deeper levels of understanding of the work they are trying to do, to bring greater focus to their work, and to build more effective partnerships.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Ken has an extensive background in community development and community health, including experience as a Manager of a Community Health Centre. In addition to work across Canada, Ken has worked internationally in Latin America and the Balkans.
