Kerri has designed processes and projects to support transformative learning for social and environmental impact for the last 15 years. As a learning specialist, facilitator and coach, Kerri has worked with a wide range of sectors and communities. She has a knack for working with diverse teams to identify and name underlying patterns and harvest important insights for positive change. As a Co-Founder and Director of SHIFT Collaborative, Kerri has been a developmental evaluator for Burnaby Association for Community Inclusion (2019), Surrey Seeds of Change Collective Impact Initiative (2019), Vancouver Coastal Health’s Community Food Action Initiative (2018), the City of Vancouver’s Greenest City Action Plan (2018), the United Way Better at Home program (2017-2018), and the City of Vancouver’s Healthy City Strategy (2017). From 2013-2017 Kerri was the Learning and Innovation Specialist and Program Manager for BC Healthy Communities (BCHC). She played a lead role in developing Growing Impact: BC’s Next Level of Healthy Communities Leadership. Kerri has a certificate in Community Economic Development, is certified as a Human Systems Dynamics practitioner and has a MA in Environmental Education with a specialization in leadership for social change. Kerri is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society.
