Biography

Lara Evoy is co-founder of Garrow & Evoy, which is committed to supporting leaders in corporate and not-for-profit settings adopt new ways to enhance their impact and affect large-scale social change.

For the past 10 years, working in French and English, Garrow & Evoy have coached over 100 organisations across Québec, Canada and the United States, working on issues such as Equity and Social Justice; Poverty Reduction, Homelessness, Food Security and Social Isolation; as well as Urban Renewal and Youth Engagement. We work in partnership with key change makers across sectors – government, business, not-for-profits, and citizens – in order to leverage transformative change that empowers and strengthens organisations, networks, cities and communities.

Lara is a Certified Innoweave coach. She is one of the founding members of Impact and Strategic Clarity streamline, and has helped develop the Scaling Impact, Developmental Evaluation, and Impact Measurement streams on the Innoweave platform. She also helped develop an impact driven strategic planning process in collaboration with Centraide du Grand Montréal. She is currently involved in program design, recruitment and training of new coaches, and is involved in Communities of Practice exploring Inner Work, Organizational Transformation, Social Innovation and Systems Change. Lara can help social purpose organizations align to the Common Foundations for Impact Measurement. She holds a BA from McGill University and an MA, from Concordia University.
