Loralie has over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, specializing in communications management, project development, impact reporting, fundraising, strategic planning and community organizing. Throughout her career, Loralie has worked with numerous nonprofit teams, including the African Canadian Development and Prevention Network, The Center for Community Organizations (COCo), and the McConnell Foundation. These collaborations have allowed her to gain valuable experience and knowledge, further solidifying her dedication to the nonprofit world. Currently, she volunteers on the Board of the YMCA in Kingston, Jamaica, where she contributes her fundraising passion and knowledge to further their mission. Loralie joined Social Impact Consulting as a Principal Consultant in 2020. She is also an instructor at John Abbott College in their Non Profit Leadership Certification program.
Outside of her professional life, Loralie is passionate about maintaining a balanced lifestyle that emphasizes the importance of family, friends, and staying active.
