Molly Kane

Biography

For over thirty years Molly Kane has served organizations and movements dedicated to social justice and international solidarity as an organizer, leader, teacher, and advisor in strategic management, policy analysis and advocacy, fundraising, coalition building, and institutional learning and evaluation.  She has a keen interest in human and organizational development and extensive experience with a wide array of groups and networks.

Molly has facilitated team building and organizational renewal processes with people in many parts of the world, engaging collaboratively over time with the richness of linguistic, cultural, social, political, generational, and spiritual diversity.

A certified Integral Master Coach™, Molly works in English and French, offering coaching as an expression of her passion for nurturing positive transformation in the lives of individuals, their organizations and societies. She works with confidence and trust in the importance of curiosity, co-creation, confidentiality, and sincere respect for each client’s unique situation and aspirations.

Molly works across many time zones from her home in western Québec.   When possible, she enjoys working with groups in person and may travel for specific sessions and activities.  She welcomes exploratory conversations and can be reached at molly@mollykane.net
