Paul Bakker has over 10 years of experience as an evaluation consultant and coach, and has received the Credentialed Evaluator designation through the Canadian Evaluation Society. As a Developmental Evaluation (DE) Coach, he has helped organizations use DE for initiatives aimed at reducing senior isolation, creating a low-carbon future, improving labour markets, and improving health equity for people with low-income. He also has experience in education, employment, youth development, and crime prevention.
Paul’s time as a the Director of Evaluation for Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-profits provided him with first-hand experience of the evaluation challenges that non-profits face, along with a strong understanding of what leads to successful consulting engagements.
Throughout his work, he incorporates evaluation capacity building practices to provide clients with lasting benefits beyond a final report. His evaluation coaching experience also extends to providing evaluation workshops for Humber College’s Research Analysis Post Graduate Program, as well as coaching their students for the Canadian Evaluation Society’s Student Case Competition.
