Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist with a passion for using data to make a difference. 20+ years experience managing complex programmes and spearheading cutting-edge monitoring and evaluation systems, tools and technology globally (including on climate change, food security, health, education, science, innovation, and economic growth programming). Go-to person for MEL framework design and implementation with expertise in making monitoring and evaluation gender-transformative, user-friendly and sharing knowledge for greater uptake and use. Committed to using MEL to listen deeply and advance methods that elevate local voices and perspectives and support gender-equitable and feminist approaches.

Seasoned coach (75+workshops conducted) with expertise in Logic Models and Performance Measurement Frameworks, Theory of Change, data collection tools, data storage systems, and creating feedback loops for real-time learning. Award-winning research and writing skills with proven ability in Results-Based Management and reporting. Currently coaches several non-profit organizations to identify key metrics, craft useful and gender-equitable data collection tools, and implement software for better data storage, analysis, and learning.
