Biography

Saralyn inspires and cultivates people’s potential as leaders and orients their organizations as fierce entities of change. A champion of teams who tackle complex issues, Saralyn coaches groups to gain deeper insights about themselves and their work. Her work centers on interrelated leadership questions which invite new dialogue about the future. How does one’s “inner work” scale one’s leadership capacity? What can feminine-inspired energy offer to the definition of powerful leadership? What is the transformative leadership the future requires of us?

For over twenty years, Saralyn has focused on both organizational development and transformative processes for systems change. She has been a critical ally to many senior leaders and teams who work in complexity by helping them gain strategic clarity, design towards creative breakthroughs, and build alignment toward common intentions. Saralyn facilitates deeply engaging dialogues and hosts strategic learning processes. She has  launched a variety of entrepreneurial endeavours, brokered meaningful cross-sector alliances, and mobilized millions of dollars.

Saralyn completed a Masters degree in Environmental Design – social entrepreneurship (Calgary) and an undergraduate degree in Sociology, Commerce and Geography (Mount Allison). Saralyn’s portfolio currently focuses on Canada but also includes initiatives in Japan, Sweden, Thailand, The Netherlands, and Vietnam.
