Biography

I have a depth of knowledge and experience working in and connecting with private, public and not-for-profit sectors. I have designed and/or evaluated social impact strategies and plans on a range of issues including youth and newcomer employment, environment, health, food and poverty reduction. I am also an Associate with Cathexis Consulting.

My clients all have one thing in common – a defined purpose and desire to create impact and change. My job is to provide them with the coaching, support and tools to better define their goals and demonstrate progress. I work with you to co-create strategies, identify, develop and nurture like-minded partnerships and finally, design evaluation strategies and plans that articulate, define and demonstrate successes and insights and learning for future progress. The goal is to work as your partner to make real change that makes sense for your organization’s mandate and capacity. I am committed to helping clients connect the dots to propel their social impact agendas forward. Ultimately, I believe that a collaborative approach is the only sustainable way to tackle social issues – and a sense of humour doesn’t hurt!
