Stephen Fanjoy is a management consultant, director, entrepreneur, and volunteer that has helped hundreds of organizations achieve their mission and strategic objectives by building visionary solutions for compelling unmet needs. Stephen was previously the founding president of Therapeutic Monitoring Systems and CEO of Health Parametrics. He has over two decades of experience in enterprise software, including executive and senior management at Watchfire (acquired by IBM), SHL VISION* Solutions (acquired by Autodesk) and Oracle. Stephen played a leading role in securing over $69 million in financing and acquisitions. He has lead teams that span all functions and levels of the organization and multi-stakeholder collaborations with a record of achievement in strategic and business planning, governance, financial modeling, marketing, sales, and strategic partnerships. Stephen was a founding director of the Ontario Bioscience Innovation Organization (OBIO), former chair of the Ottawa Life Sciences Cluster, former chair of the Ottawa eBusiness Cluster, and former director and secretary of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario. Stephen also has a significant history of community advocacy and fund raising in public transit and social justice. He is an honours graduate of the Dalhousie University School of Business and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
