Info Session: Joining the Impact and Strategic Clarity 2022 Coach Cohort

Innoweave will be hosting an information session for individuals interested in learning more about how to become a coach in the Impact and Strategic Clarity stream.

In 2022, we aim to bring 6 to 10 new coaches into the Impact and Strategic Clarity community and support them in their first engagements as ISC coaches. This remunerated skills-and-leadership development opportunity will include: hands-on training led by the current ISC coach group, mentorship, peer support, and knowledge co-development. Participants will shadow ongoing projects and go on to lead their own ISC engagements in 2022-23.

We’re hoping to bring together a group of people from diverse backgrounds and geographies who are passionate about supporting community organisations and nonprofits to think deeply about their strategy and help them achieve tangible impact.

In this session, you will learn more about:

• Innoweave’s Impact and Strategic Clarity coaching stream
• How to submit an Expression of Interest to become an ISC coach
• The 2022 Impact and Strategic Clarity coach certification process

This will also be a space to connect with peers, current ISC coaches and Innoweave staff. While optional, we recommend all interested individuals to attend.
