All Coaching Streams

OnlineProvided in English

At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Innoweave’s Leading through Crisis set out to support community organizations with coaching opportunities, mentorship, and resources.

Six months into this upended reality, organizations continue to operate in uncertainty and changing circumstances. As many undergo organizational adaptations and reimagine their impact, there are opportunities to support teams in “building back better”.

On September 29, the People, Change & Workplace Culture webinar will dive into the human implications of organizational adaptations to support teams through the rebuild stage. We will explore approaches to support healthy teams, promote staff engagement and empower team leadership.

The webinar will be co-facilitated by Matt Youens, strategist in workplace culture and team management and founder of Human Elements and Ana Sofia Hibon from Innoweave.

Note: This session will also be hosted in French. Details to come.

More about Matt Youens

Matt Youens founded Human Elements in 2017 to provide top-quality strategic planning, capacity building, and high-quality workplace culture support to Canadian social profit organizations. Matt enjoys working with small, powerful teams, helping them be better tomorrow than they are today. He named the company after the most powerful piece to any organization – the human beings, who with passion and dedication, make their dents in the universe.

Matt is an energetic, passionate, and highly adaptable HR professional with close to 20 years experience in various sectors. A dedicated volunteer and life-long learner, Matt has a handful of educational papers on his office wall, has held his CHRP/CPHR designation since 2010, and is a certified Change Management practitioner. He is married to an extremely supportive wife, and is fearful that one day their two cats might learn to work a can opener and cut out the middleman.
