Andrew is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Purppl, a social enterprise accelerator which specializes in sustainable revenue and impact models. His coaching approach empowers leaders to build sustainable organizations, make strategic decisions, and move their organizations closer to their impact goals.
Purppl has coached over 40 social-purpose organizations (charitable, nonprofit, and for profit) in the Thompson Okanagan and Vancouver regions enabling them to address community challenges such as affordable housing, social isolation, accessible transportation, domestic abuse, mental health, reconciliation with Indigenous peoples, access to food and water, and many more. Purppl specializes in social enterprise development and impact model development.
Andrew is a cofounder of Liime, a regional impact investment fund in the Interior of British Columbia. He is a director / former director of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Central and Southern Interior, Collective Impact Foundation, One Big Table Coop, Okanagan Changemakers, UBC’s Faculty of Creative and Critical Studies, and more. Andrew is a former top Canadian sales manager for Xerox. He’s also a former program manager with Accelerate Okanagan, a tech accelerator, and has helped hundreds of tech entrepreneurs grow their companies.
