Biographie

Relentless optimist, professional, Public Health Nurse, and Cape-Bretoner are a few of the roles I embody in my life.  I started my journey with the motivation of helping others help themselves which continues to guide my professional path.

I thrive on working with the structures that already exist in your day-to-day to determine what solutions work best for everyone while creating innovative solutions with the resources you have at hand.  I’ve worked with individuals and groups based in Sydney, Cape Breton, as well as across the Maritimes, North America, Australia and Denmark.

I typically work with organizations based in healthcare, service provider, non-profit and volunteer sectors although my methods can be applied to any group wanting to make progress that unifies your team in mutual understanding and inspire change from within your organization.

​Evidence shows us that real change comes from individuals deciding for themselves that change is a priority.  Because of this it is so important to allow the process of getting there be light, fun, and exploratory while also reaching key goals and objectives.
