Jessica is a social innovation and experience design strategist.
Curious by nature, she strikes the perfect balance between a designer’s attention to detail and a visionary’s bold outlook. A skilled facilitator, Jessica excels at convening diverse stakeholders. In leading planning and design, she brings clarity and structure to synthesize and distill critical insights/ideas. Jessica bridges the worlds of design and business to create meaningful experiences and products.
Through her systems and design thinking approach, Jessica is adept at developing creative solutions for solving complex challenges to deliver purpose-driven results. Jessica has extensive experience working with organizations to clarify their purpose and embed social impact, enabling positive change through authentic community investment. She looks for opportunities to disrupt the way business is conducted through social innovation and advocating for diversity, equality, access and inclusion.
Inspired by the intersection of disciplines, Jessica has built her career by blending management consulting and design strategy with marketing, program and project management as well as engagement strategy and partnerships development.
Jessica earned her BComm majoring in Marketing and HR from the University of Saskatchewan. She is also an alumna and Teaching Fellow of the University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy.
