Biographie

Julian holds a Master’s of Public Administration, BA (Sociology), and a Certificate of Criminology. For 25 years, he’s led the transformation of people, organizations, and systems in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

He’s a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Certified Team Performance Coach and highly experienced facilitator and educator. Prior to joining Fire Inside Leadership in 2015, Julian was a leader in Emergency Health Services, Public Health, and government advisor in employee engagement, leadership, and change management. He was a founding member and Board Chair of the Atlantic Collaborative on Injury Prevention and a strategic advisor to numerous health sector non-profit organizations and initiatives.

Julian taught in post-secondary education for over a decade and was a Master Facilitator for several national curriculum programs. Early in his career he was a Certified Medical First Responder and more recently served as an Auxiliary Constable with the RCMP.

He’s an Associate with Fire Inside Leadership, and passionately supports individuals and organizations to achieve optimal results through strategy and the provision of leadership coaching, leadership development programs, high performance team development, change management, employee engagement, and facilitation services. He also maintains a small relationship coaching practice, supporting couples to strengthen their relationships.
