Her 15-year background in tourism and economic development in Southern Alberta was spent working with over 200 tourism stakeholders in 35 communities where she was recognized as a visionary leader and communicator. Following a major crisis in her not-for-profit organization, Kimberly developed a successful model of sustainability and launched award-winning programs.
An award-winning consultant, project manager, and facilitator, Kimberly works primarily with non-profit organizations and uses her extensive experience in the fields of tourism, economic development, and social community development to encourage leadership and proactive change. She provides customized services in strategic planning, development and training, turning gaps into opportunities and transforming ordinary projects into industry-leading initiatives.
For more than 6 years Kimberly developed and instructed professional development programs for Lethbridge College in a wide variety of subject areas specializing in leadership, strategic planning, organizational development, and entrepreneurship.
