Kristi has always worked in the non-profit and social enterprise sector, starting as a service provider and advocate. In 2001, Kristi returned to school for a business degree and started exploring social enterprise and enterprising approaches to social change. Kristi founded and managed several social enterprise initiatives in Vancouver, including The Cleaning Solution. Since moving to Vancouver Island, Kristi has been supporting organizations to transition to diversified revenue streams, and use enterprising approaches to increase impact. Kristi has developed and delivered capacity building programs such as Thriving Non Profits and Social Venture Bootcamp, designed to support impact organizations to make a shift to enterprising approaches for scale and impact. Kristi was an RSF Integrated Capital Fellow in 2018/19, and works with organizations to align their procurement and investments to impact.
