Over the past 8 years, Maham has worked extensively with non-profit organizations, microfinance institutions and foundations, focusing on building programs and services that contribute towards the economic and social welfare of diverse communities. Her work has focused around issues of equity, gender justice and livelihood development. She has collaborated extensively with public and private sector organizations to help build impact measurement tools and frameworks which have resulted in positive outcomes, not just for the organizations themselves, but for the communities in which they work.
Maham has coached and mentored dozens of teams by facilitating leaders and change makers to find solutions to complex organizational challenges. She has also provided several non-profit organizations with strategic, change management and governance support. Maham is an experienced social enterprise coach and has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs to help them, and their businesses, realize their full potential.
Maham has a masters degree in social sciences from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and has participated in several international training programs focusing on women leadership and impact-based programming.
