Marilyn Friedmann is a professional coach, facilitator, partnership broker, strategist and results-oriented advisor with a strong commitment to helping people and organizations realize their best potential for meaningful impact and growth. She excels at helping organizations to deliver superior results by staying current on best practices, researching, identifying and capitalizing on evolving developments in the external environment, helping develop and execute innovative, well defined strategic and annual business plans, leading, coaching and mentoring team members, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating partnership development and supporting disciplined implementation. Marilyn has extensive experience in coaching and leading teams accountable for revenue growth and helping organizations adapt to changing forces. She is the principal of Align Coaching & Consulting.

Marilyn has worked in leadership roles with CAMH Foundation, United Way, World Vision, MEDA, Mattel, Manulife, Sun Life and Nestle.

Marilyn is a Certified Management Consultant. She has completed coach training with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the College of Executive Coaching and the Positive Intelligence Coaching Program. Marilyn is a mentor in the Certificate Program in Corporate Social Responsibility at University of St. Michael’s College and is a graduate of the program. She is an Accredited Partnership Broker with the Partnership Brokers Network.
