Biographie

Practical and tactical social enterprise support. Megan is like having Google Maps for your projects – figure out where you want to go, and have clear directions on how to get there.

As a former Executive Director, Megan understands the challenges of leading a social enterprise. Megan uses very practical and tactical project planning to support organizations from the development of strategy right through to implementation. Think of it like a Google map for your strategic plan.  Whether you  have  an existing  social enterprise, or are building a new one, Megan can help your organization move forward with its strategy.

With over 20 years experience in the social innovation sector, Megan also has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and a career as a project manager. She is an experienced speaker, facilitator and educator, speaking on project planning and simple ways to change the world.  In 2017, she worked with Pillar Nonprofit and the Ministry of Economic Development and Growth to create Social Enterprise Southwest. Through SESW she worked with business support agencies across Southwestern Ontario to grow a support ecosystem for social enterprises. She has worked with small, local agencies, as well as global nonprofits to deliver on projects, always working to ensure our important work gets done. She loves to help organizations build social enterprises, working with her signature pragmatic and practical style to bring cool and meaningful projects to life.
