Nicole Kovacs

Biographie

With 15 years of experience facilitating strategic planning, research, and evaluation projects in the social sector, Nicole has dedicated her career to developing evidence-informed strategies and solutions that create lasting social impact. Nicole is passionate about facilitating robust, comprehensive research and then translating the data into actionable recommendations that serve to enhance communities.

Nicole holds a B.A. Honours in History, a post-graduate degree in Training and Organizational Development, and completed a Master’s degree in business. Nicole also taught strategic planning at Western Continuing Studies in the nonprofit management program for many years.

Nicole understands that a strategically executed evaluation and strategic planning process generates the evidence organizations need to make informed practice decisions, create lasting community change, and share their story of impact.

Further, Nicole has extensive experience facilitating large-scale evaluation projects for nonprofits, charities, and municipal, provincial, and federal levels of government.

Nicole believes it is a privilege to be invited to partner with communities to create solutions to complex social issues through evaluation and planning. It is with a deep sense of responsibility that she approaches each project.
