Roman Katsnelson is a Calgary-based consultant, providing organizational development supports to non-profit and private sector clients through KRD Consulting Group. As a founder of KRD, Roman has been providing strategic facilitation, research and evaluation, and collective efficacy supports to client partners over the past 10 years.
In addition to his work with KRD, Roman has over 15 years of successful experience in leadership positions across the non-profit, public and private sectors in Calgary, San Francisco and New York City. Roman combines business acumen with organizational, technical and community development expertise. He has extensive experience in Calgary’s non-profit sector, supporting and partnering on a variety of sectoral and community development initiatives since 2008. Roman is committed to collective learning and presents widely on topics of systems thinking and learning-focused evaluation.
Roman holds an honours BA in Philosophy from Fordham University and an MBA in Community Economic Development from Cape Breton University. He lives in Calgary with his wife and two school-aged children.
