Biographie

Sean Moore is one of Canada’s most experienced practitioners, writers and teachers on public-policy advocacy. He has worked for more than 40 years in policy advocacy related to local, provincial/state and federal government affairs in Canada, the United States and abroad on behalf of a wide variety of client organizations in public, private and non-profit sectors.

Through Advocacy School, he and colleagues design, facilitate and conduct workshops, retreats and professional-development training in advocacy and provide related coaching / mentoring for foundations, First Nations, charities, NGOs, companies, industry and professional associations in Canada, the Caribbean and Western Europe. He is a former Partner and Public-Policy Advisor with the national law firm Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP (now Gowling WLG) , a former president of what was, at the time, Canada’s largest government-relations consulting firm and a former vice president of a Washington, DC-based public-policy consulting firm.
